Refunds & Store Credit
At YourYu Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our store, but if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
You have 14 days from the mail-out date to return your merchandise. To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, odor-free, pet hair-free, and free of stains (including deodorant, makeup, or food).
- All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Your return package must include your printed packing slip and a valid tracking number.
- Please contact us at youryunyc@gmail.com for the return address before sending back your item.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not issue refunds — only store credit in the form of a digital gift card, for the value of the item(s) returned (shipping costs are non-refundable). Store credit will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. We do not reserve items for returns or exchanges, and store credit can only be used for purchases made online through our official store.
Return Process
- Email youryunyc@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship the item within the 14-day return period. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments
- All accessories
- Sale items and gift cards
Any non-approved merchandise will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your store credit is issued.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at youryunyc@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.
