• Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after your payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $180.
• Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.
